I participated in a webinar with Rabbi Ariel Edery of Beth Shalom synagogue in North Carolina about my experiences being a Jew in the South, being African American in the USA, being Black in a Southern Jewish community, and being a Jew in the African-American community. This important conversation took place at the height of the discord and unrest in the USA in the Summer of 2020.
